Q1: How do I win airtime on AfroVybz?
When you add your Vybz, you are automatically entered into our weekly airtime reward draw. Every vote counts as one entry! The more you vote, the higher your chances of being randomly selected.
Q2: Is every voter a winner?
No, not every voter is a winner. We select a set number of winners randomly each week from the list of all voters. The airtime reward is not guaranteed for every person who votes.
Q3: When are the airtime winners selected and paid?
Winners are typically selected and airtime is sent out once per week. If you are a winner, your airtime will be sent to the phone number you used during voting.
Q4: I haven't received my airtime. Does this mean I won?
Not necessarily. If you have not received airtime, it most likely means your entry was not randomly selected as a winner for that week's draw.
Q5: I voted multiple times. Does this guarantee I win?
Voting multiple times increases your chances of being selected in the random draw, as each vote counts as an entry. However, it does not guarantee a win. The selection process remains completely random.
Q6: My phone number has changed, can I change it?
